101 Strings - Lost Horizon

Here is a record I picked up recently at a thrift shop in Bloomington, 101 Strings performing Burt Bacharach's score to "Lost Horizon" from 1972. I suppose Hal David should recieve some credit because he wrote lyrics to these songs, even though they were lost in the 101 Strings instrumental translation. There is a part in the first track where the song skips a bit, but hey - it makes it seem like you're really listening to a record, right? Maybe not, but I can't really expect a record I payed $0.25 for to be in pristine condition. I also found a Jerry Goldsmith score at the shop for the same price but decided not to buy it when I took the record out of the sleeve and it was covered with crusty white crap. Anyway enough small talk, this is a pretty nice record and I felt it was worth posting.
